q do i need to deliver all files? a yes, all files listed in the integration are required as part of integration to the envisso score & monitor and envisso risk protection insurance products q how frequently do we need to send envisso data? a data should be delivered on a daily basis q what time should the files be delivered to the envisso sftp each day? a the daily files containing the previous day's data should be delivered within a consistent time window each day q what format should the files to envisso be? a all files should be delivered in csv format q how long does an integration to envisso usually take? a integration to envisso systems usually takes 1 week q where can i get support for questions i may have on integration? a please reach out to support\@envisso com with any integration questions q how do i setup the sftp account? a please read the details under the sftp account setup section q what is a merchant registration id? a the identifier provided by the government body as part incorporation please see the details of the merchant registration id under the data dictionary section q if a field is marked as mandatory in the integration specification and i don’t currently have access to the data in my system, what should i do? a please email support\@envisso com to discuss any issues with incomplete data q when uploading the files for the initial bulk upload, if one of the files is too big, what should i do? a envisso accepts multiple files as part of the integration process please split the file into smaller files for upload q does envisso have a file size limit on its sftp server? a no q do i need to delete the previous days files from the envisso server? a no q what time zone should the transaction date/time be in? a local time zone of your business this should be standardised across all transactions q do the column names need to match the integration specification exactly? a yes q do we need separate envisso sftp accounts for testing and production? a no once you have completed testing and integration, we will automatically switch the account to a production state q do we need to inform envisso when we upload the first file? a this would be beneficial to ensure a speedy qa process please reach out to your primary envisso contact or email support\@envisso com to inform us of initial file upload q if we need to do testing (i e send test files) after going live, how can this be done on the sftp? a yes, please append " testing" at the end of the file name example = \<company name> merchants 20221110233030 testing
